Training Program

In order to ensure our staff keep up to date with forever changing legislation our firm uses external training professionals to provide in-house training on a regular basis. The training sessions are designed to alert staff to current tax changes, explain the implications of the changes in a practical manner and provide an awareness of any pitfalls and opportunities. In addition, special topics are covered to reinforce practical examples.

We also actively support and encourage our people to undertake relevant further studies and offer assistance with study costs and time. We consider this to be crucial not only for your personal development but for the continued growth of services we are able to offer our clients.

Operational Structure

Our formal structure offers flexibility and opportunities for all staff. We offer 1-day a week work from home based around our team structures. This gives our staff the ability to concentrate on work and reduce travel times.

We have guidelines in place to ensure staff understand their opportunities for advancement within the practice. Promotions within our firm are based on performance and not time spent in a position. This ensures that you don’t have to wait for a position to become available or “do your time” before being promoted.

We value our staff here at RWG. Reach out if you are interested in becoming apart of the team.
